Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026. Operator: Quietlytics, a trading name of Invisibleloop. Contact: [email protected].

The service

Quietlytics provides privacy-focused website analytics. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must provide a working email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You may add only websites that you own or are authorised to measure. We verify ownership with a DNS record.
  • You are responsible for telling your own visitors about the analytics you use, as the law requires where you operate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, to try to access another customer's data, or to send data about individuals that the tracker is not designed to collect.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans and limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Paid plans start with a free trial where offered. Without a payment method the trial ends and your account returns to Hobby.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
  • If you exceed your pageview limit we keep counting. We may ask you to move to a larger plan if this continues.
  • We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to you.

Your data

You own your analytics data. You can delete a website, and its data, at any time. We delete data after the retention period of your plan. Our privacy policy explains what we process.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. Analytics numbers are statistical and can undercount, for example when visitors block tracking or send Do Not Track. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop providing the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export or delete your data.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
